SOFIA reads, classifies, and cross-checks your documents locally — no cloud, no upload, no account needed to run an analysis. One core platform, extended one profession at a time.
SOFIA is built as a foundation, an engine, and a set of swappable modules — so the same sovereignty guarantee holds no matter which profession is running on top of it.
Construction is the first domain pack, live today. The same platform is built to extend into every profession where documents are dense, decisions are consequential, and confidentiality already matters.
Cross-check technical specs against price schedules, catch exclusions and missed line items before a bid goes out.
Contract review against a firm's own playbook, clause extraction, and redline consistency checks.
Clinical document summarization and record cross-referencing without patient data ever leaving the practice.
Procurement document review and policy-compliance checks under public-sector confidentiality requirements.
Loan file review, KYC document cross-checking, and audit trail extraction on sensitive client records.
Claims document review, policy wording checks, and coverage gap detection.
Employment contract and policy review against internal and regulatory requirements.
Lease and title document review, clause extraction across large property portfolios.
Data localization and confidentiality rules differ by country and by profession, but they tend to point the same direction: sensitive documents handled by fewer external parties, in fewer places. SOFIA's local-only architecture fits that direction wherever it is already the rule — and holds up wherever the rules are still being written.
SOFIA is designed with these obligations in mind. It is not a substitute for legal advice on which rules apply to your organization or jurisdiction.
Drop a batch of documents into the application — no formatting or pre-sorting required.
Each document is identified and sorted automatically by the active domain pack.
Content is cross-checked against the rules and reference documents that apply.
Every finding is shown with its source citation and a confidence level.
Nothing is sent anywhere by default. The application runs with the network disconnected, once installed.

SOFIA is a native desktop application. Download it, install it, point it at your documents — no account and no cloud setup to get started.
The construction domain pack ships with the Windows installer today. Additional domain packs are delivered as updates — no reinstall required.
Pricing below is a working hypothesis, to be validated with early pilot users.
No monthly commitment. Additional domain packs will be available as licensed add-ons as they ship.
Not by default — analysis runs entirely on your machine. An optional cloud escalation exists for a second opinion, but it's always triggered manually, document by document.
A standard business desktop with 8GB of RAM is enough for everyday use. A "Precision Pro" profile is available for better-equipped machines.
Windows is ready today. A native macOS build and companion mobile apps for iOS and Android are on the roadmap.
No — construction is the first domain pack because it was the fastest path to a working product. The core platform is domain-agnostic by design, and additional packs are planned across legal, healthcare, government, finance, insurance, HR, and real estate.
The platform itself is country-agnostic — it has no dependency on any specific jurisdiction's cloud infrastructure. Individual domain packs may launch tuned to a specific market first, as construction was tuned to French building codes and documents, with broader coverage following.
Matching between reference documents relies on deterministic mapping of line items; amount calculations are performed by code, never generated by the language model.
Start with the construction pack today — more domains are on the way.
